QR Codes for Events: One Print, a Different Page Every Day

Everything you print for an event — posters, badges, banners, table tents — is finalized weeks before doors open. The page people actually need, though, changes by the day: registration before, the agenda during, the recording after. Why event codes go stale before the event ends

A typical event has at least four phases, and each one has a different right answer for where a scan should land:

  1. Teaser. Weeks out, the code should sell the event: date, speakers, a registration form.
  2. Program. In the final days, registered attendees want the agenda — rooms, times, session details.
