QRMapper Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the QRMapper Affiliate Program (the "Program") operated by QRMapper, Inc. ("QRMapper", "we", "us"). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. We may reject or terminate applications at our sole discretion.
2. Enrollment
Enrollment is completed via Rewardful. Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link to promote QRMapper services.
3. Commissions
Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission for each referred customer who subscribes to a paid QRMapper plan. Commissions recur monthly for 24 months from signup as long as the referred customer remains active and pays. Payouts are processed monthly via Rewardful/Stripe with a minimum threshold of $25. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time with prior notice.
4. Cookie Duration
Referrals are tracked for 60 days from the initial click using cookies. If a user subscribes within this period, the commission will be credited.
5. Promotion Guidelines
You agree to: Promote QRMapper honestly and accurately. Avoid false claims, spam, or misleading content. Disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting. Not bid on QRMapper brand keywords in search ads. QRMapper reserves the right to reject any promotional method deemed inappropriate.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not: Use your affiliate link for self-referrals. Promote QRMapper via unsolicited email (spam). Misrepresent our services or brand. Use coupon or discount sites without approval. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. If terminated for breach, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
QRMapper is not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue from participation in the Program. We do not guarantee earnings.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
