How it Works

QRMapper is a powerful web-based service that simplifies QR code creation and management.
Here's how it works: You generate a QR code that resolves to a static URL. But the real magic happens when you can assign or reassign the destination behind that URL anytime you need it. This means no need to print new codes when your target webpage changes—just update it within QRMapper. Plus, you get built-in analytics that track how many people scan your code, giving you real-time insights into engagement and performance

Key Benefits

Dynamic Destination Control: Change where your QR code points without reprinting.

Actionable Insights: Track the number of scans to measure the impact of your marketing or campaigns.

Ease of Use: Simple setup with no need for complex software. Just generate, assign, and manage your QR codes effortlessly.

Whether managing promotional materials, business cards, or product packaging, QRMapper gives you the flexibility to stay ahead and the data to optimize your strategy.

Step 1: Sign Up or Log In
You can start by signing up for a QRMapper account or logging in as an existing user. This will give you access to the QR creation and management dashboard.

Step 2: Create Your QR Code
In the dashboard, select the option to create a new QR code. You'll be assigned a static web address (URL) and a corresponding QR Code. This permanent address acts as a traffic gateway for your users.

Benefit:
This step is crucial as the static URL will act as a placeholder that you can later redirect to destinations dynamically to ensure users reach the desired destination. You can even create QR codes to produce your marketing materials and route the traffic later if your destination is still being determined.

Step 3: Assign Dynamic Destination
After creating the QR code, you'll have the option to assign a dynamic destination. This means you can choose where the QR code will lead users when scanned. You can update this destination anytime in the future without changing the printed QR code.

Benefit: This flexibility is a key advantage because it allows you to adapt the QR code’s destination based on changing needs—like updating a promotion or directing traffic to new content.

Step 4: Customize and Generate
Customize the appearance of your QR code, if needed. QRMapper allows for options like color schemes, logo integration, and branding. Once you're satisfied, generate the QR code.

Benefit:
Customization ensures your QR code aligns with your brand identity and stands out visually.

Step 5: Download and Share
Download your QR code in the desired format (PNG, JPG, etc.) and use it in your marketing materials, business cards, or digital platforms.

Benefit: You can print or share the code digitally, knowing that its destination can change later if needed.

Step 6: Monitor QR Code Performance
Once your QR code is live, go to the QRMapper dashboard to monitor performance. QRMapper provides real-time analytics, showing you how many people have scanned your code and when.

Benefit: This step allows you to track engagement and measure the success of your campaigns, providing insights into user behavior and the effectiveness of your QR code placements.
